Laith Saud, Ph.D. is the co-founder and chief consultant of ManAfter, a career and personal consulting firm based in Chicago, IL.

ManAfter began as a divorce coaching firm, helping dozens and dozens of men navigate divorce, saving them money, time and heartache. “Divorce is brutal and exploitative, I wish someone walked me through it so I wouldn’t have walked into the financial traps it sets up to rip you off.”

Since then ManAfter has evolved into a life coaching firm, tutoring men through divorce, while offering elite and the most original executive and career coaching services available, developed at The University of Chicago.

Does ManAfter offer services to women? “Of course we do, but we do not shy away from our mission. Today executive coaching and employment assistance programs are way under utilized, because they are not trusted.” Gender specific solutions are scientifically proven to be more effective to boosting employee morale. ManAfter works with partners to ensure women receive the same rich, customized, trustworthy experience.
